With a dynamic work culture or team bears decades of international experience including projects in China, Dubai and Australia. In China we have more than 20 years of development experience, where we have developed housing estate, high-rise apartments, industrial parks and others.

DGS started to operate in Australia in 2010 focusing on range of developments in Sydney region. Our past and current projects comprise of 15 projects, including DA approved iconic 20 storey mixed use residential and commercial tower in Epping town centre core location, which shape DGS among the first-class property developer.
