Meet Steve Sun
Founder and managing director of DGS Group.
Steve is a person who has great academical and operational background in multination’s Real Estate industry.
In 1998, Steve was graduated from Bachelor of Real Estate Management of Tong Ji University, which is leading university in property Industry in China. Also completed his MBA course from Shang Hai Jiao Tong University in 2005. With his Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in 2012.
From 1998 to 2002, Steve start his career with teacher background at Shang Hai Open University. As mentor for Real Estate Management and Economics for real estate industry students. From 2002, Steve joined Shang Hai Shang Di Real Estate Development Company, he looked after the Marketing and daily management of the company. His title was Vice General Manger when he decided to come to Australia to set up DGS. Under his leadership, DGS grows very quickly. Within 5 years, DGS has engaged 15 mediums to high density property development projects across Australia and titled with developer excellence award by ACBAI in 2016.
In recognition of Steve’s efforts, he also invited to join Australian Chinese Building Association incorporated (ACBAI) as Vice President.
Meet George Zhao
Mr Zhao has almost three decades’ experience in the property development industry. He began his real estate career in 1993 in Shanghai of China. After holding CEO position in several development companies, he established his own real estate investment management company, focus on planning, investment and marketing for almost one hundred projects.
Mr Zhao had been invited as East China Marketing General Consultant for Wanke China. Main town planner for town planning Zhen Ru sub city of Shanghai, Main Town planner for Shanghai Lingang New City industrial area adopt by government. 300sq kms And Mr Zhao start invest into Australian market since 2014.
Mr Zhao received master’s degree of Economic from East China normal university, MBA of Peking university and numerous other honours and awards.
His board experiences help DGS group oversee all elements of development and implement effective marketing strategies to ensure DGS growth rapid and smooth at any market situation.
Meet Hammad Osmani
Hammad is senior member of DGS team besides directors. His experience in global organisations in Dubai and Australia comprise of leading design teams and project management roles. With his degree in Architecture and Post-Graduation in Property Development from UNSW Australia. he facilitates DGS in all facets for development management from inception to completion.
A member of Australian Institute of Architect with expertise in design and construction, who proactively seek improvement in development programming, design quality, project profitability and construction delivery. His capacity to foresee project issues and their mitigation is an asset for organisation.
Meet Irene Shen
Irene has worked as senior architect in one of the most influential Architectural Design Institutes in China the East China Architectural Design & Research Institute over 10 years.
She has rich experience for commercial, hotels, residential and extra high-density buildings. she has designed and leaded several large-scale urban projects in China, including reputable Hyatt Hotel & Marriot Hotel in Suzhou and Sanya etc.
Irene has strong professional work ability, perception & intellect, and her efforts greatly lift up DGS project designs and made design factors more feasible to DGS projects.
Meet Flora Liu
As DGS office manager, Flora had offered years of her professional services to DGS since her graduation with a master’s degree of applied finance from Macquarie University.
Today Flora has progressed to become a key player in DGS’s success by overlooking DGS’s financial stability and great funds position to ensure DGS project successful delivery.
Her main responsibility is accounts management of DGS national portfolios, human resource management, and office administration.
Meet Tony Teng
Tony is the one fully conducted in every stage of projects and has over 7 years interstate (VIC & NSW) work experiences in development & construction industry, also the ability to coordinating between project finance, marketing, project coordination and investor relationship to achieve excellent project timing, financing and quality project outcomes was another important part of his job.
As a qualified project manager Tony never compromise on project quality.
Meet Kimmy Chen
Kimmy focus on Sales management for DGS Group. Her cheerful disposition, highly professional approach and excellent communication skills are the key to building a strong relationship with clients.
Before she joins DGS Group, she worked as a customer relationship executive in Capital group, she is proficient in deal with complex situation and effectively problem solving. She worked as sales executive for more than four years, with profound experience in Real Estate industry.
Kimmy holds an Honour bachelor’s degree in finance from Dublin College, the University of Ireland, master’s degree in finance and master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney.
Meet Hans Han
Hans start his real estate career from 2009 in Sydney, he has great local real estate industry experiences and Strong knowledge of Australian property Market.
Hans has years of project marketing and sales experiences, and sound development site acquisition knowledge, actively involved in multi development sites sale and acquisition process.
At DGS Hans’ role is to Analyse and implement marketing programs, he has strong communication and negotiation skills, and always play a key role in marketing activities, and able to forecast the market condition to adopt right marketing strategies with right product.
Hans with bachelor’s degree of Marketing from Charles Sturt University, and Postgraduate degree of Accounting.
Meet Bok Danping Yi
Bok as a senior management accountant ensure DGS financial policy and management information policy transparent and integrity, he makes sure DGS project with accurate budgeting forecast, and project finalised on timely manner.
Bok finishes his master of accountant from Macquarie University. Before he joins DGS, Bok was working on budget & accounts management on large scale historical sites restoration projects.
Meet Don Ji
Dong graduated with a civil engineering degree from the University of Queensland in 2014, has a good understanding of how structural design and construction works.
His role is to assist the senior development manager in all-round project activities, under the direction of the development manager. Dong is a pivotal team member, committed to provide the excellence in service. He is reliable, energetic and devoted to all projects.
Meet Ming Xia
Ming is a well experienced real estate marketing professional. He has been engaged in real estate industry for more than 20 years. He has rich experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Ming's role is to make and implement marketing programs, adjusting marketing strategy, prepare and coordinate promotional activities. He has owned bachelor degree of Finance and Banking of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has also owned the appraisal license of real estate of China.
Meet Frank Mao
Graduated from China Northern Polytechnic University in 2006, Lin Mao continued his tertiary study in Curtin University Australia and obtained Master degree in Accounting in 2009. But Lin is born entrepreneur. He began his entrepreneurial journey shortly after his graduation in which year he launched his first Australian product store in China – “Pure Australia”.
He established a travel company in Sydney in 2012, offering tailored exclusive luxury tours to the rapidly growing high-end tourism market. In 2013, the first year Lin Mao in the property development industry, he teamed up with Steve Sun who has more than 10 year experience in real estate industry. Lin’s entrepreneurial natures combined with Steve’s extensive development and management experience are taking DGS to one of the Australian top property development companies. Meet Ben Sun
Ben Sun has a Master degree in Accounting from Curtin University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
Ben Sun joins the company with almost ten years corporate experience across the mining and property sectors. His Prior property experience includes five years of Sydney property development with Frank Mao and two years experience with DGS team, as well as three years property investment management in Perth.
